'Usage Data' includes token IDs and spreadsheet IDs necessary for interactions with Google Services. Error logs only capture processing errors and do not contain details of user activity beyond these errors.
Types of Information We Collect
We collect limited information from users of our Site and Services. "Personal Information" refers to specific data that can identify you (such as name, email address, and phone number). "Usage Data" includes token IDs (alphanumeric identifiers) and spreadsheet IDs essential for communications with Google Services. We also maintain error logs that record only processing errors, without further user activity details.
Data Used for the Services
User information, such as uploaded files, is processed by storing email attachments in your Gmail account's Drive folder. The master spreadsheet file is similarly stored in Drive and can be accessed through authorized email requests among managers and members. While emails can also be stored in your account, they may be deleted without affecting aCabinet's functionality. Our operations, including spreadsheet processing, are conducted through email requests.
Collecting Personal Information and Physical Location
We collect Personal Information voluntarily provided by you or on your behalf when using the Services. This data is used to facilitate your use of the Site, analyze feedback, and improve functionality. We do not collect your device’s physical location; however, IP addresses may be logged automatically by our server to monitor site traffic and to maintain compliance with our legal obligations. Generally, IP addresses are not linked to Personal Information but may be used to identify a user to enforce compliance with our policies or protect our services and users.
Collecting Your Aggregate Information
Aggregate Information, which cannot identify individual users, may be collected as you interact with the Site or Services. We use this data to evaluate trends, improve the Site, and support business metrics without identifying any specific person.
Submitting Your Comments to aCabinet
We welcome user feedback to enhance our services. If you submit comments, we may receive limited information, such as your email address and user ID, which will be used only to respond to your input. Providing comments will not trigger additional communications unless specifically requested by you. We reserve the right to use your feedback in promotional or marketing materials.
Children
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifying information, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activities and to help us enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our services. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at support@aCabinet.net.

We retain all rights to the Aggregate Information, which may be subject to change in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, we may provide non-personally identifiable summary statistics regarding customer interests, preferences, services sold, traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties.
Security of Information
